VitalWatch365 SMS Terms & Conditions
Program Name
VitalWatch365 SMS Program
Program Description
VitalWatch365 provides transactional SMS messages to users who expressly opt in to receive text messages from VitalWatch365. SMS messages may be used for:
- Account registration and verification
- Mobile phone number verification
- One-time passwords (OTP)
- Password resets
- Account security and authentication
The VitalWatch365 SMS Program is used for transactional, account-related communications and is not used to send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
SMS Consent and Opt-In
Users may opt in to receive SMS messages from VitalWatch365 through the VitalWatch365 account registration or account verification process. During the opt-in process, users provide their mobile phone number and actively select an SMS consent checkbox. The SMS consent checkbox is not pre-selected.
By checking the SMS consent box, you expressly agree to receive transactional SMS messages from VitalWatch365 at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include account verification messages, one-time passwords (OTP), password-reset verification codes, and account-security messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your use of VitalWatch365 and the account verification, password reset, authentication, or security actions you initiate.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent or received in connection with the VitalWatch365 SMS Program.
Opting Out of SMS Messages
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from VitalWatch365 at any time by replying STOP to a VitalWatch365 text message. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the VitalWatch365 SMS Program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent
VitalWatch365 does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
VitalWatch365 may disclose information to service providers solely as necessary to provide and operate the SMS messaging service, including telecommunications and messaging service providers. Such information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.
Service providers receiving such information are not authorized to use VitalWatch365 SMS opt-in information or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported Carriers
SMS delivery is subject to availability from your wireless carrier and network. Message delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to VitalWatch365. Information collected through the VitalWatch365 SMS Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Use of VitalWatch365 Services
You agree to use VitalWatch365 services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws and regulations.
Changes to These Terms
VitalWatch365 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective or revision date.
